Welcome to 1eec. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1eec ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 1eec website, mobile interface, and any services provided thereunder, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and all related promotional activities.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 1eec platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To be eligible to register and use the 1eec platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum with no exceptions under any circumstances.

1eec reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point in the account lifecycle and to request supporting documentation to confirm age, identity, or location. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

To access real-money services on 1eec, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 1eec. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. 1eec uses technical and manual methods to identify and close duplicate accounts and may void all associated transactions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 1eec recommends the use of a strong, unique password and strongly advises enabling two-factor authentication where available. You must notify 1eec support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

1eec supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

All funds deposited into your 1eec account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances and will be flagged for investigation. 1eec reserves the right to return such deposits to the source and close the associated account.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and are subject to completed KYC verification. 1eec reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days for compliance review purposes. In cases of suspected fraud or AML concern, withdrawals may be withheld for longer periods pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may change from time to time. 1eec will give reasonable notice of material changes to limits where possible.

1eec offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the point of the offer. The general conditions below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any un-wagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce wagering risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All sports bets placed on 1eec are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 1eec reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds and void bets where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at 1eec's discretion, particularly during key match events such as wickets, goals, or other significant occurrences.
• Bets placed after the conclusion of an event — including due to technical delay in the transmission of live scores — will be voided. The time recorded on 1eec's servers is the definitive timestamp for all bet acceptance purposes.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be void unless specific market rules indicate otherwise.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team, T20Is, and Test matches — are subject to specific cricket betting rules available in the Cricket section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, event, and player. 1eec reserves the right to limit stakes on any player's account at any time without providing a reason.

All casino games available on 1eec — including slots, live dealer games, and 1eec original titles such as Triple and Monster Hi-Lo — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. The RNG systems used in 1eec games are independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed on the individual game information pages. RTP represents the theoretical long-term average return and does not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session.

Technical malfunctions of any kind void all pays and plays affected by the malfunction. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, 1eec's game server logs shall constitute the definitive record of what occurred and supersede all client-side records.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a chosen time period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1eec platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Use the 1eec brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1eec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Acts of God, third-party internet infrastructure failures, or other circumstances beyond 1eec's reasonable control.

1eec's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1eec's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

1eec reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 1eec platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to our support team.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority under which 1eec operates. Details of this body are available upon request.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. You agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory authority of that jurisdiction.
